What are these plants/ trees/ flowers?

I have been cleaning out my back yard and want to make sure there is nothing poisonous and identify various other things.

http://www.flickr.com/photos/22699350@N0...

Yard 14 is a vine with 3 leaves on each point, making sure not poisonous.

Yard 13 is a bamboo like bush, took pics before of them dead (hollow red stems in winter) just want to make sure they don't spread.

Yard 8 and 6, have no idea, weeds or poison oak/ivy?

Yard 5 is pretty little blue flowers

Yard 3 has huge (same size as hands) leaves and thick smooth stem, very tall growing in few spots in yard, typically shade.

Yard 12 very tall like Iris' (happens to be in their bed) maybe peony? just started to have bud a few days ago and now huge bud showing

Yard 9, 7, 4, 2, %26amp; 1 poison sumac?, growing all down one side of my fence

Last 3 are of a tree, I took a picture in January (last pic) and no one knew for sure, now it has leaves and these cute little 5 point purple flowers.

Appreciate any help!

13 is an invasive non-native plant that should be removed and destroyed. It's non-poisonous.

5 looks like spiderwort - a native species to US, non-invasive and worth keeping around. I have it growing in my front yard. No problem with spreading.

8 looks like the invasive tree of heaven or black walnut.
Reply:I only recognize #5 which is spiderwort, a pretty perennial with a blue flower. It can be invasive and will pop up in unexpected places.

#12 is a peony.
Reply:Yard 12 is a peony.

Yard 5 is an invasive but pretty wild plant (spiderwort)

Several others look like weeds to me.
