Moving from ny to fla. can i take my peonies south?

You can move houseplants or some other plants into Florida, but you need to have a certificate of inspection from your current state (if available). If your state doesn't issue certificates, then you have to tell the state where the plant(s) will be located so they can inspect them if they decide to. See: http://www.doacs.state.fl.us/pi/plantins...

When I moved to Florida, I left my plants behind and just visited the garden shops to buy new ones that were appropriate to the environment there.

Moving from ny to fla. can i take my peonies south?
sure
