Pruning peonies?

Okay, I'm new to peonies and although the new one I planted last year turned out to be very pretty, the bloom is now gone. It had two flowers but now that both are gone, it has this like fruit or seed where the blooms were. Do I leave those or should I trim them off? Are they new buds and will it rebloom this summer? I want to make sure that reblooms next year so after the blooms are dead, what care should i give it? Do I do it now or wait until fall or something? Thanks

Feed the same as other plants

Those are seed pods, it is almost impossible to start a peony from seed, I've tried.

I have just removed the pods from my Peonies.

What you need now is some Clematis to plant next to it, then you can have it look like the bush is flowering again when the Clematis flowers.
