How to make shampoo have a different scent?

Due to some people's allergies at work, we are not allowed to wear perfume or body spray, however, scented shampoo does not affect the people in question. Is there any type of bottled oil or liquid I can add to my shampoo to give it a bit of lavender, peony, etc, scent?

How to make shampoo have a different scent?
You can go to just about any herblal store and get scented oil and mix it in your shampoo and or conditioner. Some places have it to where you can actually mix and make your own bathroom products - I think its pretty cool
Reply:Why not buy a scented shampoo at your beauty shop where you get your hair done? You would get a product that smells good and is good for your hair type.
Reply:Essential oil. Just a drop or two will do the trick.
Reply:I would'nt mix anything , by a shampoo with a scent you like!
Reply:at your buety place

they sell shampoo that

makes your hair smell like mint

its really nice
Reply:I wouldn't add anything to your shampoo. It's already scented. Then you will be combining scents and it could end up not mixing well. If you do decide to try mixing then only do a small amount at a time. Also rememer how many scents you already wear everyday. Shampoo, conditioner, soap, deodorant, laundry detergent, fabric softner, etc.
Reply:well the scent that you are adding could effect there allergies,

find out from the allergy sufferers if that would be OK!
Reply:you need to buy it and if not that go to like a bath and body works and theyll make your own sent for YOU!
